Chairman, vice chairman of the association

The Chairman of the Association is the legal representative of the Association before the law and is responsible before the law for all activities of the Association. The Association's President is elected by the Executive Board from among the Association's members. Criteria for the President of the Association are prescribed by the Executive Board.

The Honorary Chairman (if any) is a reputable person with great influence on the Vietnamese community in Saitama or/and Japan, and is recognized by the community.
