GROUP MEMBERS

Article 1: Standards of group members

Member groups are groups of Vietnamese or Vietnamese expatriates studying, working, and living in Saitama, and have approved the Charter and Organization of Activities of the Vietnamese Association in Saitama (abbreviated, Charter of the Association). ), has a voluntary wish to join the Association, has officially notified this wish in writing to the Association's Standing Committee, and has received official approval also in writing from the Association's Executive Committee.

Article 2: Rights of member groups

1. Appoint 01 representative to join the Association's Executive Committee according to regulations on the organization of the Executive Committee;

2. Have the right to participate in consultations and nominate candidates to join the Association's Executive Committee according to regulations on the organization of the Executive Committee;

3. Participate in discussions and decisions on the Association's issues through representatives on the Association's Executive Committee;

4. To be informed, informed and consulted by the Association on the Association's issues as well as on issues of the Vietnamese community in Saitama province and throughout Japan;

5. Participate in activities organized by the Association or participate in the organization;

6. Enjoy the benefits prescribed by the Association;

7. Request the Association to help protect your legal and reasonable rights;

8. Request the Association to help promote activities with common resources;

9.Request to terminate membership of the Association.

Article 3: Obligations of group members

1. Comply with the Charter and other regulations of the Association;

2. Implement decisions of the Association's Executive Committee;

3. Nominate members to join the Executive Committee according to regulations on the organization of the Executive Committee.

4. Actively find ways to implement policies and integrate the Association's activities into your group's activities, actively participate in the Association's activities in association with the activities of other member groups, and unite. , cooperate and support each other to expand the influence and enhance the position of the Association as well as that of its member groups, in order to build and strengthen the common resources of the Association and the Vietnamese community in Saitama.

Article 4: Authority and procedures for admission/termination of group membership

1. Authority and procedures for admitting associations into member groups:

Groups that want to be considered for admission need to officially notify the Association's Standing Committee in writing about their desire to voluntarily join the Association. The written notice of voluntary desire to join the Union must indicate that a wide consultation has been held among the group's members regarding approval of the Association's Charter, and that the group wishes to voluntarily join the Union, and approved by the majority of association members.

Discussion and consideration of admitting a group of members is carried out within the framework of regular and extraordinary meetings of the Association's Executive Committee, with the results of the discussion formalized by a decision to admit a group of members. Association, recorded in the Minutes of the Association's Executive Committee meeting, and notified to the group of members. For admission to be approved, there must be approval from a majority of more than half the official members of the Association's Executive Committee at the time of discussion and consideration.

2. Authority and procedures for terminating group membership:

In case of voluntarily leaving the Association:

An association that wants to be considered for termination as a member group must officially notify the Association's Standing Committee in writing about their wish to leave the Association. The written announcement of the desire to leave the Association must demonstrate that a wide consultation has been held among the association's members regarding the withdrawal from the Association, and is approved by a majority of the association's members

In case of forced separation from the Association:

Each member of the Association's Standing Committee has the right to request the Association's Executive Board to consider terminating the membership status of a participating association.

A group of Executive Board members whose number exceeds one-third of the official members of the Union Executive Board also has the right to request that the Executive Board consider terminating the membership group status of a participating association.

Jurisdiction and decision procedures:

Discussion and consideration of terminating the membership status of an association participating in the Association, both in cases of voluntary separation as well as in cases of forced separation, are carried out within the framework of regular meetings. or an extraordinary meeting of the Executive Board, with the results of the discussion formalized by a decision to terminate the group's membership status, recorded in the Minutes of the Association's Executive Board meeting, and notified to the relevant association. In order for the termination of group membership to be approved, there must be approval from a majority of the official members of the Executive Committee at the time of discussion and consideration.
