1. Executive Committee
As the highest management body of the Association, elected by the official core members of the Association (including 15 members), the term of the board is 02 years..
2. Duties of the Executive Committee
2.1. Organize and implement resolutions, charters, announcements, and information (if any) from the Vietnamese Embassy to local Vietnamese Associations.
2.2. Providing legal documents and legal information documents of Vietnamese law and Japanese law to branches.
2.3. Consulting, providing and guiding legal opinions, helping the consulted person understand their legal rights and interests based on the provisions of Vietnamese and Japanese law.
2.4. Decide on the annual program and work plan of the Association.
2.5. Prepare content and decide to convene official members to prepare for the Executive Committee for the next term.
2.6. Decide on the organizational structure of the Association, promulgate operational regulations, regulations on management and use of finance and assets of the Association, regulations on rewards, discipline, and internal regulations to suit in accordance with the provisions of law and the Association's charter.
2.7. Elect and dismiss the President, Vice Presidents, and members of the Executive Committee; elect additional members of the Executive Committee. The number of additional elected members must not exceed 1/3 (one third) of the decided number of members..
3. Operating principles of the Executive Committee:
3.1. The Executive Committee operates according to the association's regulations, complying with the provisions of law and the Association's Charter.
3.2. The Executive Committee meets four times a year, and may hold extraordinary meetings at the request of the Embassy or at the request of more than 1/2 of the total number of Executive Committee members.
3.3. Executive Board meetings are valid when 2/3 of the board members attend the meeting. The Executive Board can vote by show of hands or secret ballot. The regulation on voting form is decided by the Executive Committeenh
3.4. Resolutions and decisions of the Executive Committee are passed when at least 2/3 of the total number of members attending the meeting vote in favor.
3.5. Consider rewarding and disciplining members.
