1. The Chairman of the Association is the legal representative of the Association before the law and is responsible before the law for all activities of the Association. The Association's President is elected by the Executive Board from among the Association's members. Criteria for the President of the Association are prescribed by the Executive Board.

2. The term of the President of the Association is 02 years, along with the term of the Executive Committee.

3. Duties and powers of the Association President:

3.1. Carry out duties and powers according to the operating regulations of the Executive Board.

3.2. Take full responsibility before the competent authority permitting the establishment of the Association, the state management agency in the field of operation of the Association, and before the Executive Board for all activities of the Association; Direct and manage all activities of the Association according to the provisions of law, and resolutions and decisions of the Executive Boar

3.3. Chairing meetings of the Executive Committee; Directly manage the activities of the Executive Committee according to the provisions of law and the Association's Rules.

In the event that a meeting cannot be convened in time to meet an urgent situation, the President and the Permanent Vice President are authorized to resolve the urgent matter and must then give a full report to the Executive Committee. within 1 (one) week.

3.4. Carry out foreign affairs with authorities, media and the public.

3.5. On behalf of the Executive Committee, sign the Association's documents.

3.6. Represent the Association in domestic and foreign affairs according to the provisions of law

3.7. Sign the decision to establish the organization and units under the Association according to the provisions of law

3.8. Responsible for assigning tasks to Vice Presidents in each work area of the Association.

3.9. Sign decisions to admit and expel members, reward units, organizations, and individuals affiliated with the Association or who have contributed to the development of the Association according to the provisions of law.

3.10. When the Association President is absent, the direction and management of the Association's affairs is authorized in writing to a Vice President.
